How to Consign Décor with Juniper & Oak
At Juniper & Oak, we take pride in offering a thoughtfully curated selection of home décor that meets our standards of quality, style, and condition. Every piece in our showroom and online store has been handpicked to ensure we’re providing the best for our customers—and the best return for our consignors.
Step 1: Submit Your Items for Review
To begin the consignment process, please email clear photos of your items to [info@juniperandoak.ca](mailto:info@juniperandoak.ca)
-Professional photos are not required, but images must clearly show the items. Please clear surfaces for better visibility.
-Let us know if your home is smoke-free and pet-free. (We do not accept items from smoking households.)
-Provide your timeline for consigning (e.g., moving date, renovation start, etc.).
-If possible, include helpful information such as brand, condition, original purchase date, and price.
-Don’t forget your phone number so we can follow up directly.
Step 2: Schedule a Viewing
Both in-store and in-home viewings are available, depending on your items.
Appointments are required—**please do not bring items to the store without booking in advance.
Who Sets the Prices?
Our expert team will evaluate your items and price them to balance maximum value with timely sales
You’re welcome to provide details such as the item's original price, brand, or provenance to assist in accurate pricing.
Consignment Terms
Split & Payment:
Our consignment split is **50/50** (50% to the consignor, 50% to Juniper & Oak). Payments are issued **between the 15th and 20th of the month following the sale.
Payments under \$25 will be held until additional sales reach the threshold.
Credit card processing fees and applicable tagging/access fees are deducted from the consignor’s share.
Consignment Period:
Items are consigned for a 90-day term
-For the first 30 days, your item is listed at full price.
-If unsold, it is reduced by 25% every 30 days
-After 90 days, you have 7 days to retrieve unsold items.
-Items not picked up within that timeframe will become the property of Juniper & Oak. -They will be donated to a local charity or sold, with proceeds benefiting local charitable causes.

Large Furniture & Logistics
We offer full-service pickup for an additional fee or the option to drop off items yourself
-We can coordinate professional moving services (fees apply).
-Our team will polish and touch up furniture to enhance its showroom appeal.
-Major cleaning or repairs may incur additional costs—discussed with you in advance.
-Our stylists will feature your pieces in designer-inspired vignettes to help them shine.
All unsold items will either be donated to local charities or sold, with proceeds going toward community causes unless they originally retailed fro over $300, then you will have 7 days to pickup the items otherwise they will be considered donated.
