Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping delays may occur due to high volume orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we use Canada Post for our domestic shipping on all items except furniture items. All furniture pieces can be arranged through an alternate carrier by the purchaser. Please call us to make arrangements.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for orders, we charge $25 for local delivery on all items with the exception of furniture pieces which are subject to higher fees. Please contact us to make arrangements on all furniture items.
Deliveries are made from 10am-4pm on weekdays. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2642 Millar Ave, Saskatoon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (not including Weekends). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-5pm on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@juniperandoak.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In-Store Purchases
Measure twice, buy once! All kidding aside, due to the nature of the store being vintage, one-off pieces, all in-store sales are final. If you've got questions about measurements, if this wood will match that wood, etc -we're happy to help you as best we can. You can always contact us for any questions at info@juniperandoak.ca.
Online Purchases
We want you to be happy with our products and know that shopping online can be challenging to know if the size will be just right. So we a proud to offer for our online customers a Happiness Policy. If you aren't happy with the item(s) you received, then ship them back to us within 7 days and get an online store credit to use in the future.
